If your item(s) arrive damaged, please follow these steps:
Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

Your order number
A description of the damage
Photos of the damaged item(s)
We will review your request and provide further instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that all return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective upon arrival.
