Do you offer refunds or exchanges?Updated 3 months ago

We offer refunds for items that meet our return conditions. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.

If you want a different item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

For refunds, once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 7 working days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
