Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped due to our fully automated system.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation by emailing [email protected] with your order number and cancellation request.

If the order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. You will need to wait for the delivery and then return the items following our return policy.
